Doktor Tarsa Agricultural Industry and Trade Inc. has been established in 1987 in Istanbul and moved into the main office in 2000 in Antalya, where the agricultural business is done most intensively. In the same year DRT has joined the most important and largest alliance in fertilizer business in the world which includes the companies SQM in a 50% partnership.

DRT Group includes 3 other companies under the same structure which serves in different agricultural areas. DRT Group has more then 50 Agronomists, and in total more than 150 employees are working in 3 production plants and 4 warehouses.

DRT Group has started agricultural business in 1987 by importing and marketing substrates within Turkey. The product range of DRT Group has grown year by year. Now the product range provides many kinds of fertilizers, irrigation systems, automation systems, growing media and seeds.

Due to a decision made in 2004, we have started to build our new production and storage facility in Antalya Organized Industry Zone. New NPK Production Plant and Storage Facilities have been built on 55.000 m2 land including 11.000 m2 covered area. The Official opening of the new plant took place on 15 March 2005.

Working only in one shift, the capacity of the New Production Plant is 25.000 tons. Packaging is available between ranges of 500 gr up to 50 kg packs. Therefore the new facilities are ready to serve the internal and external markets. Consequently DRT Group is aiming to increase the existing export capacity and to reach Middle East, South Europe, Russia Federation and North Africa markets within 3 years time.
