Cate Zn-P
Cate Zn-P is a high-concentration formulation containing phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. It is designed for application during the early growth stages to correct phosphorus and zinc deficiencies or post-harvest to replenish nutrient reserves for the next season.
Role of Phosphorus and Zinc in Plants:
Phosphorus is essential for root development, energy transfer, and enzyme activation. It is mobile in the plant but less so in the soil, especially in high pH conditions where it binds with calcium to form insoluble compounds. This limits plant uptake. Therefore, foliar phosphorus applications may be beneficial in such cases. Deficiency symptoms include stunted growth, poor root development, and purpling of leaves and stems.
Zinc plays a vital role in enzymatic functions and influences shoot elongation and tillering, especially in cereals. Zinc deficiency can cause rosetting, shortened internodes, and reduced root mass. Studies by TÜBİTAK, NATO, the Ministry of Agriculture, and universities show that 50% of Turkish soils are zinc deficient.
Potassium Addition:
The added potassium improves water uptake, transpiration, and overall crop quality. While foliar feeding provides fast correction of deficiencies, root-based uptake is essential for long-term plant nutrition. Foliar applications based on nutrient analysis (soil, leaf, tissue, or water tests) can support both immediate and systemic plant health.
Application Method:
Cate Zn-P can be applied both via foliar spray and drip irrigation due to its acidic nature and high solubility. It enhances phosphorus uptake from the soil and provides immediate nutrient availability through leaves.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (ALWAYS FOLLOW LABEL INSTRUCTIONS):
Shake well before use. Fill three-quarters of the spray tank with water, then add the product through the top filter while agitating. Fill the remaining volume of the tank with water and continue mixing during application.
Avoid application during abnormal weather conditions such as heavy rain, high humidity, drought, or frost risk.
Always read the label before use.
It is recommended to apply the product based on soil and/or leaf analysis.
